Well, this is quite the turn of events!
Constantine Maroulis was previously arrested for an alleged domestic violence incident against his girlfriend and mother of his child, Angelina Reed.
Then later that week, he was granted a restraining order against her!

Except now it seems that the American Idol alum actually violated an order of protection placed against him after the violent incident at their home -- and according to Angelina's attorney, Constantine is scheduled to be arrested.
Angelina claims he sent her e-mails following their altercation, though his rep says:
"Constantine accidentally sent her an email last night. It's truly a non-issue. To the best of my understanding, he was doing a lot of emails late at night, and she accidentally got included on a list. He has no interest in being in touch with her. His only interest is in seeing his child as soon as he can."
Looks like this is a case of he said, she said.
While we don't actually know what happened between these two, we do hope they can work it out amicably for the sake of their child.
