On Friday, the comedian shared a snap of a tooth injury just months after he almost lost his finger in an intense and "funny" fall.

According to Fallon, he was trying to open a tube of scar gel for his poor finger when he chipped his tooth. Yep, this is real life, y'all.
The father of one captioned a snap of his boo boo, writing:
"Chipped front tooth trying to open tube of scar tissue repair gel for recovering finger injury. Thank you Dr. Jobe DDS! #BestSummerEver Brand new Tonight Show tonight!"
Ha! Well, the show must go on!
We're just glad this injury accident wasn't worse -- the last time the Tonight Show host hurt himself he landed in the ICU for 10 days!
Not to mention Fallon almost had to have his finger amputated!
