Time for a little damage control!
Earlier this week, The View came under fire for comments that Michelle Collins and Joy Behar made about nurses when commenting on Miss Colorado Kelly Johnson's Miss America monologue about her profession as a nurse.
Since then, the co-hosts have apologized for their ignorance and misspoken words and Miz Johnson even went on Ellen to talk a bit about the attention that she brought to nurses through the pageant -- though she kept it EXTREMELY classy and didn't bring up The View controversy.

Well after news broke that The View lost a couple sponsors in Johnson & Johnson and Eggland's, it looks like they're trying to do some spin doctoring!
On Friday's show, the hosts went above and beyond their apology by bringing out several special guests in the nursing profession to help bring attention to how important they feel nurses are!
The View hosts talked to a couple nurses from NYU College of Nursing about their curriculum and training as well as the mental and emotional toll they go through on a daily basis.
